Rising Souls

It is incredible what music can do! The powerful gospel music enchanted singers of the region of Klaipėda. More than 10 years ago they left their hearts at the second Vilnius Gospel Music Festival. Inspired by this event they started organizing gospel music festivals in Gargždai and in Klaipėda.

And so three ensmebles known all over Lithuania – the song studio Svirplys (music school of Gargždai), the song studio Keberiokšt (Queen Luiza youth centre, Klaipėda), the ensemble Vocalis (J. Kačinskas music school) – united in a joint choir Rising Souls.

Participants of the Mama Gospel workshop

The participants of the Mama Gospel workshop are going to form an ensemble which will perform the songs learned in the workshop together with the other choirs.

migloko

Future soul/pop/soul/eclectic. When migloko is on stage the speakers burst out with something like a 3D musical trip through jazz night clubs and electronic cities with a visit to primitive tribes and volcanos of blues on the way. migloko voice is deep, real and visual, therefore her performances are made not just to listen, but to watch as well.

migloko = voice + boombox. Everything, what’s born from vintage sounds of boombox and fresh experiments of migloko.
